Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Turn around time is 14-35 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends or holidays. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise. 

We do not accept exchanges or returns on headbands, t-shirts, hoodies, freshies, tumblers, etc! Once your order is submitted, we do not cancel orders so please be sure you are wanting to order before doing so. If you are needing to make a change to something on your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@runamokco.com.

Are you needing something by a certain date? Please email us at hello@runamokco.com before ordering to ensure if we are able to accommodate your request. 

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us by email within 72 hours if you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can review your order and make it right. 

​We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

​Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Run Amok Co is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
